lots of good news and not really any bad news at all.
Wollam stays! it seems i value Finbar more than anyone else does so he stays a ridecoppi rider and he has promised to try and catapult us into the big time.
Nikolay, our new russian sprinter is coming on amazingly. more on his traiining in the next press release....
And also we have a new jersey. local gangsters broke into an old warehouse and stole some mercatone uno jerseys that had been stored since the 90's. Knowing that ridecoppi was based in the same town as the heist took place they offered them to the team at knock off prices. We peeled the old sponsor logos off and replaced them with the donation badge, all the riders are very happy.
In the coming weeks theere is even a possibility of going to division 2. The results between day 34 and 58 last season only generated 42 points. Watch out division 2!
We just got a second which makes div 2 even more of a reality, also, it looks as if Wollam could moved into the 3rd spot on english tour ranking, with mosely out of action for at least another 20 days he will only drop points. Things are looking very good.......
